Artyom Sklyarov

Designer and builder with twenty years in interactive media. As VP of Design at the hotel agency NextGuest (HEBS Digital), he and Shri shipped websites for hotels and resorts worldwide; through his studio SUUR he has since built for Marriott, Hard Rock Hotels, Loews, and dozens of independent properties.

Every one of them wanted the same thing: more direct bookings, less Expedia tax, a brand experience that did not feel like every other hotel website. Building their romance-travel sections over and over, the gap was obvious from the product side — the demand was real, the tooling was not. So he teamed up with Shri to build it.

At LOVU, Artyom leads product: AI lead capture (TripLeads), advisor-side wedding tooling (RomanceDesk), and a content platform for destinations (LOVU Compass) — the craft that went into Marriott-grade websites, pointed at the romance-travel problem.

It is the same bet he and Shri have made since NextGuest: the hotel, not the middleman, should own the guest. He builds across travel and hospitality, including ILTY, from Colorado.
